When Johnny Draper wanted to add an easy way for customers of M&A Wrecker Service’s Preferred Member program to be able to subscribe and manage their account through his website, his web provider told him it would be cost prohibitive to do such a thing and only large companies could afford something like that. For over a year, Johnny thought there had to be a better way. That is until he found Riverbank Products.
About M&A Wrecker Service
M&A Wrecker Service is an El Dorado, Arkansas based towing company that has been in continuous operation for as long as I can remember. I believe it started in the 1960’s and maybe even before that. They offer towing as well as roadside assistance such as flat tires, and jump starts and have mechanics on staff if your vehicle can’t be repaired on the side of the road.
While flipping through Facebook, Johnny saw where another business was looking to have a new website built and Riverbank Products was the recommended choice. Thats when he reached out to see if we could offer him something more.
Website Requirements
We met with Johnny and talked through some of the things he wanted out of his website.
- Members had to be able to subscribe to a monthly payment plan for M&A Preferred Member services.
- Members should be able to provide payment information in a secure method.
- Members can have the ability to join, add drivers/vehicles, or cancel at anytime with minimal paperwork.
Results
After reviewing a few options. we came up with a solution that met all three needs that didn’t break the bank.
More changes and services maybe added to the site in the future, but the new website had been launched and is currently online at www.mawreckerservice.com. As you can see by the site, you don’t have to be a large company to have an effective web presence. E-commerce solutions have come a long way and are now readily available to just about every business.
